Supervised Visitation and Exchanges in North Vancouver, BC

Family Visitation Services BC provides court-ordered supervised visits and supervised exchanges for families in North Vancouver, including Lower Lonsdale, Lynn Valley, Capilano, Edgemont Village, Deep Cove and Upper Lonsdale, and nearby communities.

Visits take place in public community settings in North Vancouver (such as parks, libraries and recreation centres) or by video. A trained supervisor stays with the family for the whole visit and writes a factual report afterwards. North Vancouver families often meet us at parks and library branches in Lower Lonsdale, Lynn Valley and Deep Cove, and at the recreation centres across the North Shore.

We work with parents, lawyers, mediators, Family Justice Centres and social workers. Each parent completes their own intake form, and we contact each parent separately. Where there is a no-contact or protection order, arrivals and departures are staggered so the parents do not meet.
