Supervised Visitation and Exchanges in Maple Ridge, BC
Family Visitation Services BC provides court-ordered supervised visits and supervised exchanges for families in Maple Ridge, including Haney, Albion, Hammond and Webster's Corners, as well as Pitt Meadows, and nearby communities.
Visits take place in public community settings in Maple Ridge (such as parks, libraries and recreation centres) or by video. A trained supervisor stays with the family for the whole visit and writes a factual report afterwards. Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows families often meet us at local parks and library branches — public, neutral locations on both sides of the Pitt River.
We work with parents, lawyers, mediators, Family Justice Centres and social workers. Each parent completes their own intake form, and we contact each parent separately. Where there is a no-contact or protection order, arrivals and departures are staggered so the parents do not meet.
Every supervisor has a criminal record check with a vulnerable sector search. To start, call (778) 791-7712, email [email protected], or download the intake form on our Forms page — or fill out the intake form online.
