To get started with supervised visits or exchanges, each parent or guardian completes their own intake form and emails it to [email protected]. If you have a court order or written agreement, you can email a copy to [email protected] or a photo of it by text, whenever it suits you. Please also send any protection or no-contact order. You will review and sign the service agreement with us at your intake meeting.
