Twelve real-world scenarios covering every module. An 80% pass mark is required, with unlimited retakes.
Online training is one part of a five-part qualification — every supervisor must complete all five before supervising visits alone.
Complete all 11 training modules and pass every quiz at 80% or higher.
Pass the 12-scenario final assessment at 80% or higher.
Clear a Criminal Record Check for the Vulnerable Sector.
Hold valid first aid certification.
Complete in-person shadowing and supervised practice with the FVSBC team.
New supervisors receive a personal, one-time access code by email. Enter it in the training portal to begin — your progress saves automatically as you go, and your certificate is waiting at the end.
